Privacy and retention

myUNjob stores your verified email identity and saved/application tracking to make them available across devices. Browsing and official application links remain open.

Vercel hosts the website. Supabase manages authentication and stores account and tracking data. Resend delivers sign-in emails and processes the recipient address and email contents, including the sign-in link. Signing in does not subscribe you to vacancy alerts.

You can remove tracking or delete your account from Account. Deletion removes account and tracking data. If cleanup is interrupted, a temporary deletion marker blocks access until the operator completes removal.

The planned operational-diagnostic retention limit is 30 days; provider retention settings and cleanup must be verified before public launch. Private vacancy source archives have a 90-day retention target; these contain source data, not candidate profiles. Provider backups may retain deleted data until their own retention period ends. Hosted backup retention must be documented before public launch.
